The location was picturesque and peaceful, in the center of the Champagne region. The interior design of the hotel was lovely.- We stayed in a well-decorated room that had a personal safe, air conditioning, and a mini bar.

The room was nicely furnished and good-sized, had luxurious en suite bathroom. The bed was exceptionally comfortable; and there was a bathtub.

The homeliness and helpfulness of the staff,with great professionalism.The gardens were wonderful and a little haven. Wish we had time to use the spa!

This place has an exceptional restaurant with fantastic food and service, where I got to enjoy some truly amazing dishes.

Satisfactory breakfast with a great selection of amazing food. Very clean bed and tastefully decorated and fancy rooms. Location very close to the vineyards of Coteaux d'Epernay, and the restaurants.

Wi-Fi signal was not very good.

The room was very nice. A wonderful well maintained garden. High standar of service. Good parking.

No pay Tv. Internet working poorly in the room. A bit noisy, located between two roads. Minibar over priced. Resturant and bar good but very expensive.

The food served for dinner and breakfast here is outstanding, the room is tastefully decorated, the bed is exceptionally comfortable, and the bathroom is luxurious.

This place is delightful with friendly staff, including a fantastic doorman.

Evening meal was superb and service was very good. Breakfast also first rate.

Had to move rooms because first room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke (despite requesting a non smoking room). No-one on reception when we wanted to check out. Garage was out of action but reception did not appear to know. ( We had requested a space when booking)

This was a wonderfull hotel, staff very welcoming, helpfull and attentive. The room was beautiful, the restaurant superb, the lounge relaxing and the gardens delightfull. We look forward to returning soon.
